个人简历：
杨帆，女，汉族，讲师，硕士研究生导师。2025年毕业于南昌大学，获得工学博士学位。近五年来，主持赣南医科大学校级科研启动项目以及江西省职业早期青年人才培养项目各1项，发表SCI学术论文5篇。

2012.09—2016.06 南昌大学生物工程专业读本科；
2016.09—2019.06 南昌大学食品科学与工程专业读硕士研究生；
2020.09—2025.06 南昌大学食品科学与工程专业读博士研究生；
2025.06—至今 赣南医科大学公共卫生与健康管理学院工作。
研究方向：
1. 食物过敏的发病机制及营养干预（研究内容包括高脂饮食对食物过敏的影响，以及天然活性成分在食物过敏预防中的作用机制）。
